They were very knowledgeable and patient when listening to our ideas. During installation, they were tidy and extremely careful with the surrounding landscaping. After installation, we had some concerns about the splash and they were prompt in their response and correction (it was landscaper’s fault, not their’s). We LOVE the fountain so much we are planning on putting in another one in the backyard. HIGHLY recommend Lonestar!!
